What’s a Skill?

  • A Skill is a short Markdown file (SKILL.md) that teaches your agent one technique.
  • Your agent reads it and follows it, step by step. It works in any agent that reads Agent Skills.
  • Stack a few together and you are on your way to a PERK.
  • Download one, credited to its maker, write your own, or buy and sell them in the Marketplace.
  • Load it with one command using the WAL Agent Kit.

What’s a Skill?

  1. 01One technique

A PERK is a full kit. A Skill is one move from it, like a type scale or a contrast check.

  2. 02A SKILL.md file

Each Skill is a standard Agent Skills file. Agents that read Agent Skills can use it as it is.

  3. 03Credit where due

Community picks show their author and licence and link to the original. WAL’s own Skills download from here.
